Brandon started his martial arts journey in 2013 training in Muay Thai, mostly training under Angel Cartagena at the Body Arts Gym in Philadelphia. Brandon had a successful amateur record of 7-2 before deciding to stop fighting/competing competitively in Muay Thai in 2017. At that point he focused on helping his teammates compete and introduce and teach muay thai to beginners of the sport, to assist them in learning and training. Brandon also has been training in BJJ and MMA for years and has acquired a purple belt in jiu jitsu and he actively trains with and assists some top Pennsylvania MMA prospects, as train and prepare for their UFC bouts.
