Our Muay Thai program is an authentic approach that is based on traditional thai training. We currently operate our program in 3 different levels, to ensure students learn proper kicking, punching, elbowing, kneeing and clinch training. We comfortably start beginners in our Foundations program. With Muay Thai being a combative sport, you will make controlled contact with your teammates and striking mitts. Kickboxing classes with us, are always held under the supervision of your class instructor. The ability to focus and learn kickboxing is easy with us. Being in a safe, hardworking and fun team environment you will enjoy your training and retain techniques. It makes it even easier to learn when you have positive, like-minded and encouraging teammates and coaches by your side.
