Conshohocken Women’s Jiu Jitsu training at Hart BJJ, Boxing and Mixed Martial Arts, is back in action! The women have been crushing it in training and now with our new, larger academy space, we are excited to reinstall our women’s only jiu jitsu training at Hart’s . This is going to be extremely beneficial to our jiu jitsu women and teens at Hart’s Conshohocken academy. This is a great way for our current women to push their drilling and training limits as well as introduce the up and coming women to a faster pace and more intense training session to help promote their jiu jitsu learning and performance for self defense, health, fitness and competition. We are blessed to have such a strong female jiu jitsu presence at Harts and look forward to sharing our facility with more women that are willing to be go getters and work together with the Hart team mindset.
