The very precautious decision was made for us and we are at peace with that. It’s hard to shut the doors and we miss the atmosphere of our community working hard together to improve ourselves, but this is exactly what we are doing right now by following the guidelines set forth by the Pennsylvania Department of Health. We have not heard whether or not this particular illness has come close to our community ay Hart BJJ and we hope this message find you in good health. We trust that Pa’s governing officials are acting in the best interest of us all.

We encourage taking notes. If you’re lucky enough to have a quarantine buddy who is a willing participant, you can play along. If not, visualization and taking notes are both proven ways to help athletes learn and achieve goals.

Remember if you’re healthy enough to exercise, get your heart rate up each day and make it a priority to reduce stress. There is a lot of information being distributed right now and it can easily become alarming. Arm yourselves with knowledge and keep yourselves in good health with hydration, hygiene, proper nutrition, stress management and sleep. We at  Hart BJJ and MMA are hoping we will come out of this experience with an even deeper appreciation for our health and wellness and a desire to share it more with each other.
