Learn a bit about WIm Hof Method
The Wim Hof Method has 3 main pillars based in Breathing, Cold Therapy and Commitment. Wim Hof, is know as the “Ice Man” (Not Chuck Liddell) . Wim has seemingly tapped into the body/mind connection that has challenged science, scientist and what were commonly thought to be fact . It’s been studied and documented that Wim has created a method with his three pillars to tap into the immune system to strengthen immunity and fight off sickness. These pillars have also shown to help perform feats that defied current scientific measures and body thresholds.
We are excited to have one of Wim’s Certified Instructors join us and educate us in Wim’s Method. It seems as if the growth and strength of the mind/body connection, although uniquely powerful, seemingly is underrealized and underutilized as a tool in personal health and in common society. We are super excited to dive deeper into the Wim’s Method and gain a stronger understanding of self and predetermined limitations.

WIM HOF METHOD REGISTRATION
This is the registration form for attendees of the Wim Hof Workshop hosted by Hart BJJ and MMA in Conshohocken on Sunday Dec 19. 2021 from 11am to 3 pm.
Workshop cost is $120 per person.
