I’m sure plenty of you have noticed too that Adrianne’s roll at the gym has changed this summer. In lieu of a weekly class at Harts she will be offering workshops and lectures on Nutrition, Weight Cutting, Kettlebells, Mobility and Speed. She thrives in these settings where she can dig a little deeper into the knowledge, tweak the form, explain nuances, answer questions and teach from her experience. So keep on the lookout for announcements.

Schedule Updates

Some of you have been taking advantage of the Team Conditioning series this summer and we’re happy to announce the continuation of this series into the fall. Coach Joe Schengrund has programmed a twice weekly 45 min conditioning series which will continue to run on Tuesday and Thursday at 5:15 pm. This is a great way to target some correctives and easily overlooked areas of particular concern for the combat athlete and increase your metabolic conditioning.

Yoga for Everyone!

Additionally Dynamic Yoga on Thursday with Caroline is now a 45 minute session from 5 to 5:45. This class is  open to Basic and Advanced members of Hart BJJ and MMA as well as parents of children in our Mini and Youth BJJ program. No experience or yoga mat necessary.
