Thing to bring and to consider:

• Arrive early to fill out your waiver for Hart’s Academy.

• Bring your muay thai or kickboxing gear.

• Hydrate early, bring a refillable water bottle and eat well. The building is not air conditioned.
• Please do not bring tree nuts.

• Bring a pair of flip flops or sandals for common area/bathroom use. We will be barefoot on our mats.

• Harts has 2 large mat areas so space should not be a concern.

• Free Parking is available in our large parking lot. Park around our building or neighboring buildings. Please be respectful to others trying to park, avoid fire lanes.

• Be respectful in our academy and to our Thai Guests.

• If sparring with these professionals be respectful and have fun sparring. No teeps to the face, elbows, knees to the face, axe kicks or spinning heel kicks, spinning backfist, or overly competitive sparring. We are here to learn and have a great time together. Please keep a understanding of quality thai sparring. These guys deserve your attention, humbleness and respect.
